Simon graduated from Curtin University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Property and have been valuing properties ever since, specialising in commercial, residential and specialised properties.

​Simon likes to keep busy and has participated in Melbourne's R4K and the Melbourne Marathon. He also enjoys cycling, swimming and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Simon barracks for the West Coast Eagles.

Shayne Dunstan

Shayne, a Certified Practising Valuer since 2004 with a Bachelor of Business Property from RMIT University, has been a key player in the South-East Queensland market since 2014.
Specialising in industrial valuations within the Yatala Enterprise Area and Gold Coast, Shayne also focuses on insurance valuations for Body Corporates and private clients.

With diverse experience across Residential, Commercial, and specialised asset classes, Shayne has contributed significantly through internal quality reviews and mentoring up-and-coming valuers.
​
​
Outside the office, Shayne enjoys outdoor adventures with his Shih Tzu-Poodle, Poppy, exploring new trails and Wing foiling in Moreton Bay, demonstrating his commitment to both his profession and personal well-being.

Shayne supports the Queensland Reds and Richmond Tigers.
