Director
Simon graduated from Curtin University in 2005, with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Property. After almost two years with Christie Whyte Moore, he moved to Melbourne to be with his family and subsequently joined WBP Property Group soon after in 2007.
After spending time away from WBP shortly after, he briefly joined the Australian Tax Office in 2008 and the National Australia Bank in 2009 before finally settling down again at WBP which spanned an impressive seven years.
Simon likes to keep busy, and he has participated in Melbourne's R4K and the Melbourne Marathon. He also enjoys indoor soccer and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Senior Valuer
Byran is a valuer with extensive experience in both mortgage and non-mortgage work. Including residential, pre-purchase, asset, retrospective, sale, tax (CGT & Land Tax), rating, englobo (sub-division), commercial, industrial and retail.
Some areas of expertise are in valuing special purpose-built buildings, common land (strata) or parts of, public reserves, contamination, compulsory acquisition and compensation, Government requirements, impacts of proposed property acquisition overlays, laneways and other unusual holdings — Valued Black Mountain Tower in Canberra.
Other experiences include feasibility studies, discounted cash flow analysis (DCF), provided documentation including bank submissions, tender and contract management, monitoring progress, etc.
Byron and his wife enjoy the arts and appreciates human creative skill and imagination by frequenting live theatre and art shows. He is also a bit of a wine connoisseur.
On top of Byron's busy personal and professional schedule, he finds time to contribute to the property valuation industry by mentoring cadet valuers and is currently the secretary of the Australian Property Institute's (API) SE valuer's discussion group. He is also part of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Committee with the API.
